The need
Team building exercises are a really effective way of improving productivity. They can result in better communication, stronger bonds and greater sense of trust between colleagues.
What we offer
Gazelle offers a unique and innovative team building exercise that challenges and stretches participants to produce a short film in a day.
You choose the genre – be it western, horror or perhaps comedy. Media specialists then guide you through each stage of the production process, including scripting, filming, editing and producing a soundtrack.
The course has been specially designed to offer a wide range of team building activities. To succeed you will need to co-operate, be creative, show leadership and meet your deadlines. You will also be encouraged to leave your job titles at the door.
Throughout the day one of our facilitators will be observing the interaction and dynamics of your working to provide frank and honest feedback. Everyone will of course receive a copy of their blockbuster as a powerful reminder of the exercise.
